Confession: I used to think denim on denim was something that should best be left to cowboys and Britney and Justin, the early years. Neither conjured up fashionable images in my head, although trust me, I’m not hating on either… Justin’s my guy! And I’m not one to gravitate toward a new trend just because someone is telling me that’s what I should like but after spotting some of these double denim looks on the street, they just looked so damned chic. Fine, I’ll do it! And you should too.
The trick is in the pieces you choose. It’s all about cut, color, wash and how you accessorize the look. Not that’s it’s complicated to put together, it’s just that you want to follow a few of the looks in this slide show for inspo!
